Return & Refund Policy
At Mila Creative Studio, I want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy applies to both digital and physical products purchased through this website.
Digital products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, I do not offer refunds for change of mind once a digital file has been delivered or accessed.
If your digital product is faulty, corrupted, incomplete, not as described, or you experience a genuine issue accessing your files, please contact me so I can help resolve the problem.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Physical products
For physical products, change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact Mila Creative Studio before sending any item back. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return is approved.
For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items that arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described will be handled in accordance with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Depending on the circumstances, a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy may be provided. Protección al Consumidor
Non-returnable items
The following items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- digital downloads
- personalised or custom-made products
- gift cards
- items marked as final sale
This does not affect any rights you may have where an item is faulty or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, I will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
