Product and service descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, paper, device or other production factors.
Availability, pricing and product offerings may change from time to time.
Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item will be shipped unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
Digital products are for personal use only unless the individual product listing expressly grants different usage rights.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for resale, sublicense or claim Mila Creative Studio digital products as your own.
Access to digital products may require compatible software, a suitable device, internet access or printing equipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring they can use the file format described in the product listing.
Digital-product refunds are handled in accordance with the Mila Creative Studio Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Physical Products
Where physical products are available, product descriptions will specify relevant details such as materials, size, format and other important information.
Delivery estimates are estimates only unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly provided. Mila Creative Studio will comply with applicable obligations relating to the quality, description and delivery of goods.

Personalised and Custom Products
Please check all names, dates, spelling, wording and other information you provide for personalised products carefully.
Where a proof is supplied for approval, production may begin after you approve that proof. Mila Creative Studio is not responsible for errors contained in information that you supplied and subsequently approved, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Personalised and custom-made products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, incorrect or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Creative Services
Creative services may include visual identity work, Canva projects, social media assets, wedding stationery, wedding websites, personalised books, keepsakes and other creative work.
The specific scope, price, timeframe, number of revisions and deliverables for a custom project may be confirmed separately through a quote, proposal, invoice or written agreement.
Where separate project terms are agreed in writing, those project-specific terms will apply to that project if they differ from these general Terms of Service.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed project scope may involve additional fees and timelines, which will be agreed before the additional work proceeds.
Payments and Prices
Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed for your market at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing, payment and contact information when placing an order.
An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted.
Where an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Mila Creative Studio may contact you to correct the error before fulfilling the order. Any rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, Mila Creative Studio branding, original illustrations, designs, graphics, templates, photographs, written content and other original creative material remain the intellectual property of Mila Creative Studio or the relevant rights holder.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
For custom creative work, ownership and permitted use of final deliverables may be described in the relevant project agreement or quote.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit content from this website without permission except where expressly permitted.
